Marketplace & skills

Marketplace & publishing

Install skills, plugins, agents, and themes — and publish your own.

The AnvilHub marketplace is how Anvil extends. Four kinds of package, all installed the same way, and anything you build you can publish back.

The four kinds

  • Skills — drop-in capabilities: workflows, domain know-how, repeatable routines.
  • Plugins — integrations that wire Anvil into your stack (editors, CI, dev tools).
  • Agents — autonomous specialists you hand a role and delegate whole tasks to.
  • Themes — color schemes and looks for the TUI and the web viewer.

Browse them at the marketplace, or search across all four at once.

The marketplace: Skills, Plugins, Agents, and Themes, all installed the same way.

Installing

Every package installs with one command from within Anvil — no configuration dance. Find what you want on the marketplace, copy the install command, run it, and it's part of your Anvil.

Publishing your own

Built something useful? Publish it. Create a package, and push it to the marketplace for the community or into your workspace for your team. Publishing is capability-gated, so in a workspace only members with the right role can publish.

[!NOTE] Publishing a package is tied to your account and your workspace role — manage what you publish from your command centre.

It's all optional

The marketplace is the extend-it layer, not a dependency. Anvil works fully on its own; the marketplace is there when you want to add to it.
